A major engine problem immobilized my Renault.
The first mechanic I called, once I explained how the breakdown occurred, offered to replace the entire engine block for a price three times higher than the Argus value of my vehicle.
I then took it to Schenck for a second diagnosis.
Following my explanation of how the breakdown occurred, the mechanic quickly identified the problem and was able to return my car to me within a few days, with a perfectly functioning engine and only one part replaced.
Hats off to them.
I now know who I'll go to if I need help. Congratulations to the team, who are welcoming and attentive.

A very professional, honest, and efficient garage. I entrust them with my vehicles without hesitation, and I've never had a single complaint, quite the opposite. Some overly critical reviews seem to be looking for someone to blame at all costs… Yet here, they take the time to explain, diagnose, and do things properly. Fortunately, most of the regular customers know what they're dealing with: a serious, competent, and trustworthy team. I recommend them without hesitation.

I can confirm the dishonesty of this garage; they quoted me €1500 for replacing the glow plugs and injector.
I took my car back to another garage, repaired in one day, and they replaced and reprogrammed the electronic control unit, which they had deliberately damaged.
The original problem was an immobilizer issue. It's shameful to try and scam a young student like this!

Avoid at all costs!!! If I could, I wouldn't even give them a 🌟. They're not worth a single one!!!!!
My daughter, a student, broke down. Her Renault Clio 3 wouldn't start. There were no problems the day before when she drove back to her place of study. We live 600km away. So we had the car towed to this garage, which is a Renault dealership, so we trusted them. According to the mechanic, there wasn't too much damage.
But at the Schenck garage: the battery was dead, there was a problem with the UPC (Underhood Power Center), an injector, the glow plugs... basically, the whole nine yards!! Even though we hadn't had any signs or symptoms before arriving at this garage! They quoted us over €1500 for repairs. We were skeptical and made that clear.
Since we live over 600km away, we decided to go and pick up the car ourselves without informing them or giving them permission for the repairs. We arrive: car hood open...we tell them we've come to pick it up, and the owner tells us it will take him an hour to disconnect everything and close it up: total incomprehension!!! The diagnostic is done from inside the car. Anyway, we give him time to do it...naively....and go pick up my daughter from school in the meantime. BACK, we hitch the car up, set up the diagnostic, and leave. But imagine our surprise when we open the hood and hear a noise from the battery or an electronic connection, whereas my daughter and the tow truck driver hadn't heard this noise when it happened! We decide to take it to where the tow truck driver had initially advised us (we should have trusted him), and there we find him, and he tells us that this noise wasn't there at all!!!!!
In short, all this to tell you that GARAGE SCHENCK sabotaged my daughter's car, taking advantage of our distress and the fact that we were far away. They scam people, add extra services... in short, they are dishonest! And we have no recourse for this kind of behavior! It's shameful!

I left my vehicle in an emergency in the middle of a long journey; the garage team took it from me right away. The repair was done quickly, the communication was clear, and the bill was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their work, and I highly recommend Garage Schenk.
