SCAM!! I took my car to this garage for an oil change (the check engine light was on). They changed the oil before I went to the garage. The car started perfectly, but when I went to take it out, it wouldn't start because of the battery. Before that, the car had no problems at all. Up until then, I thought it was a coincidence. 30 minutes later, the check engine light came back on. They told me it was because of the battery. I changed the battery myself, and 4000km later, I had an AdBlue problem (the problem was our fault). So I took the car back to the garage. I asked them for a software update costing between €50 and €80 (and to check the check engine light) maximum because it was just the ECU that needed resetting, and they told me they would look into it. Three days later, I went to the garage to retrieve something from the vehicle (I had spare keys), so I took what I needed and tried to start the car. It started, so I went to the reception desk to ask about the status, and they told me that the engine control unit needed reprogramming, which wasn't supposed to be done. They said they would contact me the next day. The next day, I went to the garage, and they presented me with a bill for €208 for reprogramming the engine control unit and the dashboard. I told them no, it should be €80 maximum. The woman's face changed, and she changed the subject. I told them that the emissions warning light wasn't their fault if they hadn't done a good job during the last oil change. In the end, I had to pay €171 to get the car back. I felt guilty before paying until I finally did, and then I saw the woman smiling.

Central Auto is a top garage with a dynamic team! A great welcome from Virginie, always smiling and adorable, David who always has a little word to welcome me as well, and Thomas, a very professional salesman who listens, who knows his customers well, who does not push to sell this or that car, who is accommodating. I just bought a new vehicle and I am still delighted with the welcome I received, and the time taken with customers. This garage has this little family atmosphere that makes you feel good when you are there, which is a change from other Renault garages which are often larger and more impersonal. I recommend this garage with my eyes closed. This also applies to the mechanical service since this is not my first vehicle that I have bought in this garage and I have never had any problems, quite the contrary. Keep it up!

Buying a used car remotely went perfectly.
5-star service; they even picked us up at the train station to collect the car. No unpleasant surprises and very accommodating. I highly recommend them, thank you!
