I bought a car from them in June, a Fiat 500 convertible. I had a fixed budget, which was consistent with the price guide and the classified ads, but when I went to the Fiat dealerships in Toulouse, I was treated poorly and they made fun of my budget.
By the way, Fiat dealers who think they're selling Ferraris, get real! Your haughty attitude is ridiculous for Fiat salespeople; you have absolutely no class like the Italians. ☺️ At Jolibert's, the owner's son (I had absolutely no idea who he was, he was so humble, a quality that reflects a great mindset) let me test drive a model with less than 30,000 km and a panoramic sunroof – very nice, but I fell in love with the convertible model that was for sale. He told me not to worry, he'd find me a car, since I didn't want to buy from a private seller and didn't know anything about mechanics. Two days later, he'd found a model for me from the list of vehicles they could acquire from professionals. There was a very small additional charge, which I was able to pay 15 days later, and he reserved the car for me! I don't think many mechanics actually look for a car for you themselves! It was insured for the first few months in case of any problems, but I also took out additional insurance with them, which was really cheap, and in total I have a 2-year warranty 😁. I drove it a lot, a real road trip 😂, and I had to get it serviced. Again, everything went very well. One morning I broke down, I called the garage because I had no idea what the problem could be. Once again, the owner's son, who is incredibly kind, came to help me himself! 😳 It was the battery. Thanks to him, I was able to get to the garage, and he went and bought a new battery himself! And while I had a coffee that the receptionist, who is always so lovely, had served me, I was able to get back on the road without any worries. So I recommend this garage for buying a vehicle because no one else will go to the trouble of finding a model you like that they don't have in stock. So the service is top-notch, and if you don't know anything about cars like me, it's even better. The after-sales service is also excellent. I highly recommend this place 😊
