Unpleasant customer service. Denied responsibility for our Nissan hire car braking down due to lack of oil in a brand new car. Patronising behivor from the manager Yanick Jukes. A couple of days later, Nissan accepted responsibilities despite being really unhelpful in our hour of needs.
