While searching online classifieds for an Opel Combo H1 L1 van, I received several ads on Leboncoin on October 9th (from Citroën Fréjus, Spoticar Le Mans, Mont de Marsan, 2B autos Auch, and SIPA Muret). That same day, I messaged each of these listings to request further information. The first to respond (outside of dealership opening hours) was Rudy Pauthier from SIPA Muret, who answered all four questions positively (the price was indeed inclusive of VAT, the vehicle was available for viewing, and it was registered and therefore exempt from the emissions tax). An appointment was immediately scheduled for the following day.
At this dealership, the entrance is through the showroom where the vehicle was displayed, and my first contact with Rudy Pauthier was therefore around and inside the vehicle. All my technical and administrative questions were answered immediately, and the order form was completed between noon and 1 p.m. (still outside of the dealership's opening hours).
The other necessary phone calls and emails before the vehicle delivery also demonstrated Rudy Pauthier's availability and responsiveness (even during his training hours).
The vehicle delivery at the dealership was of the same high standard (empathy and a clear explanation of the dashboard functions, warning lights, and screen programming).
In conclusion, thank you to Rudy Pauthier for his responsiveness, availability, and professionalism.
