Clearly the worst reception I've ever received in a garage.
My uncle and his 5-year-old daughter had broken down about 100 meters away because of a dead battery. I politely introduced myself to ask for help, but the man answered without even saying hello, claiming he was alone and overwhelmed, even though there were no customers there and no cars on the lift!

The mechanic was unpleasant to meet, followed by the receptionist refusing to give me a quote.
Supposedly "fully booked" that day, the receptionist refused to give me an appointment even for next week. (With illogical excuses)
Does my accent have anything to do with it?
I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
Isn't replacing a brake system profitable enough for the garage?
I imagine the situation would be different with a nice car, but my student status doesn't allow me to afford one at the moment.

Mechanic who works alone. Refusing to take my request into consideration. He must already have his regular customers. A waste of time...
