I regularly have my car serviced at this garage; they are very professional. Following a problem with my Captur, which displayed a "risk of engine failure" message, I dropped the car off on Wednesday afternoon. The next day, they informed me of the necessary repairs. They did their utmost to be as quick as possible.

Madam, you can contact Renault's sales department. I explained to them exactly what I think of you. Your practices are abusive, and you cannot continue in this manner without your reputation suffering.

What can I say except a huge thank you?
I had a problem with my Mégane CC.
No Renault garage wanted to look at it except them. The lady at reception was super friendly, and the mechanic was just as nice—honestly, they were fantastic.
Plus, I really didn't pay much, I think.
I'll be back.

Following an accident, I had the bodywork of my Hyundai repaired at Renault Carnot. The assessor was very professional and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. The follow-up was clear, the work was well done, I highly recommend them!
