I've been asked for a deposit for a tire change without even knowing the peice. Despite several follow-ups, I still haven't received a quote. A complete lack of transparency and professionalism.

Today we went there and the service was absolutely impeccable!!Luca helped us a lot as he was able to speak English (we don’t speak French) and he was able to let our car to be checked despite we didn’t book any appointments (we are travelling from Uk). Thank you so much…Luca literally saved our holidays!!!

I took my car to Ford Agency in Nanterre in June 2023. I have really bad experience with them. I took my car to this agency to have a diagnostic on Air conditioning. Because the AC cooler was not functioning. After their examination they told me the problem is related to AC compressor. Since I bought this car from a friend in Sweden. I told that Ford said is is the broken compressor. Even my friend who is a Mechanician told me that he is sure that the compressor is OK. Unfortunately I trust Ford and by agreement of my friend he send me a new compressor from Sweden and I was happy that after installation of new compressor the problem will be solved. Because I thought the Ford agency are the only official repairshop that know their brand very well. But I was totally wrong. Unfortunately after installation of compressor still the problem exist. And interestingly enough the Ford Agency gave me and estimation bill of 1292€ which hopefully I just ignored and didn’t ask for replacement of compressor. After taking car to another Ford agency they understood that there is a problem with the ECU of the car that the Ford Agency in Nanterre couldn’t recognize. They charged me for a wrong diagnostic. Interestingly enough I changed the ECU of the car with a new one and with AC started functioning. The old compressor was also tested and it functioned well. I am not happy at all with this agency.

First of all: Mille mercis pour votre aide, Madame Cherifi Beginning of July we were on our holiday from Germany to the Medoc. In four lane rush hour traffic we had to stop because a big brown smoke cloud came suddenly out of the bonnet. From the Paris peripherie we were firstly towed to the 7 Place du Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny. A big round about with a lot of traffic. There we had to wait 8 hours for the next depannage. The service de depannage was very helpfull and friendly, They checked the car and told us that the fan for the engine cooling is malfunction. They towed us to Nanterre garage, feeling very sorry leaving us there at 2:30 Uhr in the morning!! The emergency hotline in Lyon told us at the same time that they weren`t able to find a hotel for us for the night. Disappointed and very tired we spent the rest of the night in our car. At 7 in the morning we tried to explain our situation to your employee. Unfortunately we don`t speak much french. He was very reserved- but offered us a coffee and a seat in the customer lounge, waiting for Monsieur Baydoun. At 8 o´clock a smart and very friendly employee, speeking english- Mustapha Baydoun- helped translating. The garage wasnt able to repair the car at least until the following friday. Although we have a Ford mobility warranty and we are on Holiday. At midday, after many phone calls with the emergency hotline in Lyon and Munich, our insurance company, my brother who is also a Ford workshop Manager- Mister Baydoun told us, that he leaves at 2 o`clock- in case we needed his help before he leaves.. So after 2 o´clock I asked at the desk if any other employee could speek english. Madame Cherifi heard my question and immediatly offered help- very polite and in excellent business english. Explaining that we don`t speak much french. had to sleep in the car and that we are on our way to the Medoc, not knowing when the car will be repaired, Affected and with a lot of understanding for our situation Madame Cherifi managed things moving. Within a short time she organised a car rental aswell as a transfer to the rental office. Beeing very polite and accommodating the whole time. Very professional! No ressentiments-as we dont speak french. Madame Cherifi, thank you again for such an outstanding, extraordinary customer service !!!! Within two days our car was repaired.
