A spirit of service like no other! I arrived with a rearview mirror purchased from a junkyard with an urgent request for installation to get back on the road safely. The mechanic fitted the mirror immediately and didn't charge me anything. A big thank you to you!

In a word: MEH.
I make an appointment for my electric vehicle's service, specifying that I want the battery degradation value.
On the day, no one seems very knowledgeable (no pun intended), and I leave without my value because the only person who knows how to plug in the dedicated device is on vacation.
So I have to come back just for that.
The icing on the cake is that the on-board computer hasn't been updated with the new date for the next service, so I get a message every time I start it...
Frankly, not very professional for a manufacturer service.

We chose this garage because it was closer to our home than the one we used previously.
The welcome was very friendly, the diagnosis was quick and efficient, and the repair was the same.
The very reasonable invoice amount pleasantly surprised us (extremely appreciated during this time).
We will definitely entrust our vehicle to them from now on.

It's so nice to have a garage that, twice this year, has fixed the problems with my old Twingo in a good 5 minutes and doesn't charge you anything! I would have been completely incapable of fixing it myself.
I highly recommend this Renault team.
