A loyal customer for six years, having had all my servicing and MOTs done at your garage, but you won't be seeing me there again. Last summer, during my service and MOT, we requested that the brake pads be changed. We were told they weren't worn enough yet and could last another 10,000 km… We pointed out that I drive a lot and that it couldn't wait until the next service. The brake pad wear was clearly noted on the MOT report, but we were told they would last. So there we were, with a bill for over €500 the day after Christmas because the discs also needed replacing. The manager explained afterward that the discs should be changed in any case around 80,000 km. Okay, but I wish I had known beforehand because that's not at all what we were told this summer, nor even on the day the brake discs were changed. We were even given to understand that it was our fault the discs were damaged because we had to brake "a lot" since then… It's a shame about this lack of communication between the teams and that the staff aren't able to properly explain the problems to customers. I understand and accept the manager's explanations, but I've lost all confidence in the team on site. A real shame.

I don't get my car repaired there. That said, their car wash is a disgrace; the trash cans on the ground are never emptied, and the vacuum cleaner is half-clogged. Also, the wash bay is still foaming even in rinse mode; nothing works. Close this place down or do what's necessary to make it clean and functional.
