We bought a new Renault Rafale for 60 000€ plus on the 17.07.2025. When we arrived to collect the car we noticed that the panoramic roof was cracked. The garage promised to order a new roof from spain and told us that it would take less than a month.
Yesterday we received a registered letter stating that we were responsible for the damage and that an expert on behalf of the garage would inspect the roof on the 16th September.
The garage gave us a letter stating that they were responsible for the damage.
