A complete disaster. Rude and inflexible. The key for my tow hitch was missing. The workshop manager (!) recommended that I break the tow hitch off and reinstall it at a cost of over €1,000. Ultimately, I was able to order a replacement key for just €43 from the manufacturer's website. However, Peugeot insists on installing a new tow hitch from the same manufacturer instead of providing a replacement key. Are they trying to make extra money? It's scandalous. I would strongly advise against using this service. I wouldn't even have them do an oil change.
