A disastrous experience at the workshop, and all because of Mr. K. I have never seen anyone so unpleasant and contemptuous of customers. It was impossible to get any clear explanation; every question seemed like an attack to him. It was as if he took a perverse pleasure in dragging things out and speaking to customers as if they were idiots.
No listening, no consideration, a haughty tone from beginning to end, and above all, no desire to help or even simply be polite. I arrived with high hopes, and I left disgusted by this unbearable attitude. Avoid this workshop at all costs while Mr. K is still in charge. Never again!
