Very disappointing garage.
They tried to charge me €213 for a "diagnostic" even though I hadn't signed anything (no estimate, no repair order, no prior agreement).
This sum was supposedly for a diagnosis, even though they still didn't know what the problem was.
Oh, wait... it was "the engine." Thanks for the clarification.
An estimate was presented to me afterward, without my consent.
They also offered to open up the engine for an additional €700, with no guarantee of repair or certainty about the actual cause of the problem.
Many garages count on customers not knowing their rights and end up paying.
As a reminder, a garage is obligated to inform the customer and obtain their agreement before any paid service (estimate or repair order), which was not respected here. I strongly advise against going there and urge everyone to thoroughly research their rights before agreeing to anything.

I spoke to the assistant on the phone, and it's the first time in my life I've ever dealt with such an unpleasant person online, and for free. I simply asked her for some information, and she was awful.

Frankly a total surprise, passing through (because I am traveling in the surrounding area) friendly welcome, they take into account each situation of each customer the lady at the reception was of sublime kindness, the boss at the top frankly very pleasant experience

I strongly advise against it; an oil change for 480 euros on a brand new vehicle 🤑

I just reviewed the invoices of a friend who had her vehicle serviced at this garage for years.
The prices are prohibitive and the services are unnecessary (cleaning the DPF at every service), changing the discs and pads, and five months later, a bill for removing and reinstalling the pads. If the problem was there, it should have been covered by the garage; the list could be longer.
If these practices haven't disappeared, run away from your car and go elsewhere; your car won't be any worse off and your wallet will be much better off.
