A disastrous experience with this garage.
In one year, our Twingo was immobilized three times, each lasting a month, without Mr. Mendes being able to find the source of the problem. The garage never calls you to update you on the progress of the repairs. Mr. Mendes immediately becomes angry as soon as he is confronted with his incompetence.
Unable to take it any longer, we picked up our car and took it to the Renault edenauto dealership in Agen: the next day, the problem was detected and repaired!
So, my advice: avoid this garage!

Hello, I came in for a service on my Dacia:
- oil change not done, but I'll have to get it done in November,
- they changed some oils that could have waited until 2026,
In short, it's not too bad, I guess. It cost me a little over €200. As a single mother, I asked for a payment plan, which they granted. I was surprised that both checks were deposited in the same month. Thanks for understanding 😉
I certainly won't be going back there.

When you treat your customers like dirt, are dishonest, and provide appalling customer service. When you refuse to acknowledge a botched repair and bury your head in the sand by sending customers elsewhere, you get the rating you deserve. Avoid this garage!

The owner of the garage, as well as the young apprentice, were extremely kind. He found the solution to my problem without having to take everything apart.
He gave me the service as a gift.
He asked me to tip the apprentice, which I did.
I will definitely come back to him for any other service.
