The tires were very poorly balanced, causing severe vibrations even at 110 km/h, but I couldn't get them back for several months. And then they have the nerve to tell me I had to come back within 8 days... Otherwise, I'd have to pay again! It was my partner's car, so it wasn't registered in Mougel's name.
Furthermore, there was no vending machine while I waited. I was cheating on Allopneus, but I'll be going back.

I changed two tires in February and had them aligned. Ten months later, the tires are dead again. The alignment was billed but not performed or performed incorrectly.
According to the mediocre man behind the counter, it was due to under-inflation of the tires...
15,000 kilometers and everything still needs to be redone.
The case is being followed up by the UFC Que Choir legal department. See you soon.

Following a front wheel alignment adjustment, I received my car back with a dent and scratch on the right rear fender (nearby, there are jaws on the rear wheels).
This was done with a metal object.
The manager wasn't present, and the mechanics seemed quite excited.
Suffice to say, I'm unhappy (with the person who checked my wheel alignment). I advise people to take photos of their car before dropping it off and check it afterward. Too bad I didn't do it sooner.

I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option.
I'm writing this review to inform others because I wish I had known.
We took our Mini in to have the air conditioning recharged 15 days ago.
It took 2 hours, cost €89, and required an appointment for another 15 days later to top it up.
So far, so good.
Today, we went back to the shop. After an hour's wait, they gave us our car back and told us, "Sorry, but there's a leak. You need to see a specialist. We can't do anything."
We left WITHOUT air conditioning, even though it was working perfectly, and €90 poorer.
Okay, a leak happens. So I asked, "Didn't you notice it during the first recharge?" "No, ma'am, our machine doesn't detect leaks. For that, you need to go to a specialist." So you take the money, refill the gas tank even if there's a leak, then empty the gas and return the vehicle. Amazing! Avoid at all costs. Don't go there.

The staff were excellent and attentive to the customer. They were very kind people. However, let's not even talk about the manager; she was only moderately pleasant, slow, delegated quickly, and made it clear that we were being a nuisance by asking questions about our vehicle. Disappointed to see her.
