I entrusted my RAV4 to the Renault SEGM garage in Neuilly-Plaisance for bodywork repairs after a violent hailstorm, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. There's not a trace of damage; the vehicle looks brand new.

Excellent communication in handling my broken-down vehicle, including testing and repairs. Excellent service at the garage (this reconciled me with Renault garages!).
They didn't hesitate to call me to keep me informed and offer very honest repairs, given the mileage on my vehicle.
Perfect solutions if it breaks down again.
In short (despite the cost of the work), I am very satisfied with this garage. It will now be my go-to place!
