My Partner's alternator broke down this morning. The car was taken in early afternoon and returned the same evening.
The service was impeccable, very fast, and professional.
This garage was a great find.

Special mention to Guillaume (I think that was his name), for his clarity, professionalism, and the pleasant surprise of being able to pick up a loaner vehicle when I thought I was there.

My car has been serviced at Peugeot Mounier for several years, where the service is always impeccable.
Guillaume at reception is available, attentive, and really goes the extra mile to find quick solutions by putting himself in the customer's shoes.
A big thank you to the entire Peugeot Mounier team, not forgetting the mechanics who work behind the scenes. Go there without hesitation… but not all of them! Otherwise, there won't be any room left for me.

Run away from this garage! Even though the repairs were carried out correctly, the customer experience is disastrous: poor reception, incomprehensible billing that exceeded the estimate, and bad faith. I am 63 years old, I admit I have never experienced such a non-existent commercial spirit and an almost total lack of listening from a merchant. To get my car, I had to pay invoices against my will that did not appear on the estimates signed before the work. This blackmail is a disgrace!
