I requested a quote for a Mercedes rearview mirror replacement. Mid-November, having still received nothing, I called and was told it was being processed. Mid-December, still nothing—that's a long time for a quote. Now, I don't need it anymore; they can keep it. The car is sold, and I've bought another one.
