Tire change... The garage was very accommodating; at my request, they moved up the appointment due to my scheduling conflict. At reception, they provided a clear presentation and instructions for the Michelin promotion, which offers a partial refund. I am always satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.

Service on my Modus, reasonably priced and well done. Fog light problem fixed quickly. Efficient and friendly mechanic, as well as the person at reception. A very good garage.

A mechanic who is certainly competent but who clearly should do an internship in business relations with some of his customers. He refuses to let the car go after a minor intervention costing €114.92 when I offered to leave him my identity papers or my passport and bank card while I went to collect the payment check from the owner of the vehicle who has had her vehicle (purchased in this garage) serviced for more than 15 years. It took me less than 30 minutes to give him this payment and in exchange take back my identity papers and credit card deposited as collateral. This lack of trust or this exaggerated fear of not being paid therefore does not encourage me not to recommend this establishment. It is a shame.
