A customer for a year, I came by because of a problem with a window that was stuck open. Took the time between two customers to secure it, before I went back to replace the defective part.

I'm saddened, misdiagnosis, I paid 696 euros for a starter, the fault returns, it was the engine pressure sensor, and yesssss.
Change garage because it's cheaper. 150 euros for the diagnostic tool that's wrong 😂😂😂 and on two occasions (2 x 75 euros), I wasn't allowed to replace a battery for my car key... or a wash at that price.
You would have understood, of course, the excessive fees and also the cold reception already mentioned.
It's a shame not to find honest mechanics in the region, and to build customer loyalty.

I took my vehicle in for a checkup (service):
1) They requisitioned the car all day for only 2 hours of labor.
2) They claimed to have checked the lights, even though the parking light still didn't work (before and after the appointment).
3) They changed the windshield wipers without asking our opinion, and above all, they charged them €90 (you can find them online for €25!).
4) We asked them to carefully check a brake cable before the appointment because we saw it was badly damaged.... We broke down during our vacation a month later (with a loaner car and an additional €280 bill, not to mention the safety issue with a damaged brake cable!). 5) They were asked to check the rear window wiper motor... supposedly nothing, even though our wiper blade continued to start by itself, even in OFF mode...
6) This service still cost us the "modest" sum of €500... At that price, they could at least have washed it!!
When I called them to express our dissatisfaction and the inconvenience we experienced while on vacation, their only response was: "But no problem, go to another dealership next time!"
No apology and, above all, no empathy.

Disappointing. My grandfather brought his cars and those of the company there for more than 40 years. We bought a new car for €25,000. My vehicle broke down on a Sunday and I asked to send the vehicle there. And these charlatans bluntly told you that they would refuse the vehicle because they lacked a mechanic. Beyond the fact that they are overpriced, their behavior is just disgusting. From today on, I urge all my loved ones to go elsewhere. In the center of Villefranche...
