I would like to commend Mr. Cheik, manager of the Renault Auto Service Gorbella garage, for his exceptional availability and expertise. At 78 years old and in frail health, after an accident that severely damaged my car, and during the holiday season when no other garage could take my vehicle, this gentleman immediately took care of everything, providing me with all the necessary assistance: handling the paperwork with the insurance adjuster, lending me a vehicle, and of course, ensuring the repairs were carried out perfectly. Thank you to his team and the patient receptionist. I highly recommend this garage.

I am so grateful to the Renault Gorbella garage for agreeing so quickly to diagnose and repair my vehicle, whereas all the other Renault garages I contacted quoted me three weeks' notice just for the diagnosis and would have kept my car for a whole day. Knowing that I only had three days of range left before my AdBlue warning light prevented my car from starting, Renault Gorbella got me an appointment the same day and fixed the problem in less than two hours. I live in the mountains and without my car I can't get to work, which is truly devastating for me. A huge thank you again.

The garage took our vehicle on August 4th without an appointment after calling all the dealerships in Nice. Not only did they manage to repair our vehicle by immobilizing it for barely 2 hours and told us that the breakdown was taken care of by Renault. Beyond the good news, they saved our vacation. The staff were very friendly and very professional. We recommend this garage. Thanks again to them.
