Very disappointed with their so-called professionalism! I went to their place to have the suitcase checked because I had a problem with ABS and ESP maintenance (after which I had gone to wash my car, I specify because it is an important thing that I will talk about below)! Following their results, they found that I had a problem with the AVG ABS sensor (so far OK) which they only took 10/15 min, then they told me that my 4 tires are DEFORMED (you have to go there to deform tires)!! They told me the joke that it was due to the heat LOL and that it was impossible that it was due to the washing (roller at Leclerc)!! Following that, I found it strange, I went to another garage where they had me check the suitcase (duration about 45 min) where they did have the AVG ABS sensor which they checked and the cable had been torn off due to the water pressure from the roller!! They also checked my tires, which are, ODDLY, in VERY GOOD CONDITION!!!

Following my July 2023 review.
We left the garage with a hefty bill, with the rear brakes supposed to be done. There was a major problem with the handbrake, extremely hard, and what's more, when the car was stopped, it moved forward. Great.
An appointment at another garage.
We showed the invoice from the Cotrupi garage, and he took a photo of it, it was incredible...
In short, he analyzed and checked the rear brakes: no automatic adjustment.
In addition, to adjust the handbrake, he found a shim in the system.

Really, this is unheard of.

I've been a carpenter for 25 years. So I need a top-notch vehicle. Without it, no job. Sylvain has always been very responsive to my minor vehicle issues, unlike some others in Knutange.
Nobody's perfect, and vehicles are getting more and more complicated with all their electronics.

A garage that listens... (old school style!!) A mechanic with 45 years of professionalism is rare, accurately diagnosing problems... (no price gouging) and delivering convincing results. Something that's hard to find these days.
