I came without an appointment because I had a small noise with my car that I wanted to have checked.
Pleasant staff who took the time to look at my car and lift it onto the lift, as well as explain the problem to me.
And the icing on the cake is that when I asked if I owe them anything, they didn't say anything!
In short, I will definitely return to the Volvo dealership in Niort.

I had a breakdown while passing through Niort. They immediately inspected my V70 3 and told me what was wrong. A woman at the company spoke English and took the time to translate everything for me. The car was temporarily made drivable because I had to drive further. I drove from Niort to Madrid (where no one wanted to look into it, let alone repair it, for a week and a half). I'm so grateful that this garage had time for me that I'm still ashamed I didn't leave a tip. Thank you, and good luck with your business.
