Friendly, welcoming, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to get a call back. I called in the morning, no news, so I went to the garage and the receptionist told me, "Oh dear, I haven't called anyone back." That's a shame.

We left our car for a service with bald tires and worn-out brake pads. They returned it to us saying everything was fine, tires and brake wear were okay. Still unsure, we checked everything else: the oil hadn't been changed and the filters hadn't been replaced... So we paid €280 for them to just sit quietly in their parking lot for a day without touching it...
Luckily, after complaining, we got a refund, but if we had left a car in good external condition, we probably wouldn't have even noticed the service hadn't been done! This puts their customers at risk...
Apparently, it was an apprentice who (didn't) do it; the least they could do is check the work of these trainees.

Excellent service and, above all, very professional!
I was seen very quickly (it was for a short appointment; keep in mind that a good garage will often have a long waiting list, which is justified by their competence and the trust of their customers).
I highly recommend this garage; they do their job, and they do it very well!
