Run away! First C5 Aircross bought for 16,000 euros with a one-year warranty in 2024, we had it for a total of 6 months, including 4 months in the garage for repeated breakdowns. The salesperson (the only positive point with them) offered to take it back, supposedly without losing anything, and to pay 7,000 euros for another C5 Aircross, but in the higher range with another year's warranty. We trusted them without hesitation. Engine failure a month later, repairs, then failure again two weeks later. The dealership changed the engine at their expense for a new one, but hey, I'm already annoyed by the fact that there are two cars and not one that works properly, but hey, I'll continue to trust them; bad luck exists! Following a car accident, I asked the dealership for the invoice, which came up with a quote for €17,000. While in principle, I shouldn't have lost anything on the first car since I changed it because of the breakdowns and not because I wanted to change it (registration and fees deducted, let's say €15,000), plus €7,000 paid, I was told that they couldn't take the discount made following the invoice change. The manager made lame excuses, but in fact, I quickly realized that they took my car back for €10,000 instead of the €15,000 I paid. When I called back, I had to change it because they never managed to repair it and it was supposedly supposed to be going abroad... Basically, I got ripped off out of €5,000, and on top of that, with a smirk from the manager who couldn't care less... Yet we still bought two vehicles and a third for my daughter, so the loss of a customer clearly doesn't matter. He's indifferent, disrespectful, and very dishonest! Only the salesperson tried to find solutions, but management didn't do anything! On the other hand, the garage's repair department is top-notch! And super friendly.
