Honestly, I'm very disappointed with the garage.
In short, they charged us €433.19 for an oil change that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I'm extremely disappointed.
Furthermore, to get me to go back to the garage, they fabricated a problem with the transmission oil, engine, or something else. So I went to a garage specializing in vans, and they told me there was no problem. They were saving me money by offering a transmission oil change plus the supposedly broken part. In short, I'm very, very disappointed.

So, how to put it...
Breakdown on the motorway. The vehicle was towed to this garage.
From the start, they told us a minimum of 4 weeks... just to run a diagnostic scan. 🤔 I'm willing to do repairs, but to run a diagnostic scan...
Then, no news. So I asked a Peugeot garage to call them, and as if by magic, they told them we had a problem with the spark plugs, okay, and that they should call us back within two days.
Two days without any news, so I called and they told me, "I was going to call you." 🤣 So, I'll skip the details, we went to pick up the car, and on the way back, bam, the same problem again. I called them, expressing my dissatisfaction. I told them I wasn't a mechanic, and they replied, "Neither am I." Then I told them the car had an engine fault, that it had been scanned, and that the supposed engine fault was the spark plugs. I told them, "I highly doubt that." They replied, "I'm not an engine expert..." So now it's back at the garage, at another Peugeot dealership. A few days later, they called me to ask my opinion on the repairs. They said, "Ah yes, I understand, it's unprofessional. I'll report it to management." And then, nothing more. Anyway, as I said, I'm going to contact Peugeot headquarters and some media outlets to tell them what a joke it is: how can they charge 135 euros and do absolutely nothing? What's more, the bill doesn't even mention the problem, and I'm not going to let it go, that's for sure. A word to the wise.
