Welcoming both by phone and at the reception desk. The staff took care of my problem from the first call and resolved it as quickly as possible. You can go there with your eyes closed. Quite the opposite of the Citroën garage in Chaumont.

Garage, very responsive, I leave my company vehicle there as soon as I have a breakdown and return it fairly quickly. I highly recommend the Garage.

THP Nogent Garage (Citroën/Peugeot) 👍👍 just performed an electrical fault diagnosis on my Citroën Berlingo. Five months ago, Citroën Chaumont fitted a towbar to my new vehicle. Disaster! The electrical connections were done haphazardly, and now it's broken. Luckily, there were fuses because… the ECU is fried, and there's a likely fire. Avoid Citroën Chaumont at all costs. THP Nogent is the one who comes in to fix the problem. Thank you to the entire THP Nogent team—management, sales, reception, and mechanics—for their speed, service, and especially their expertise. A fantastic team. I highly recommend them because they are in a completely different league from Chaumont.

Shameful. I asked the technical inspection man for help because my car, parked 30 meters from his garage, wouldn't start. He called his colleagues at Citroen without consulting me. The repairman arrived without speaking to me and refused to answer me about the price of the service. He connected my battery and in less than 3 seconds my car started. And when I went to pay the bill at the garage, the young woman at reception literally threw my registration document at me because I expressed my dissatisfaction. I'm giving one star because it's impossible to give 0.

Following the immobilization of my vehicle (handbrake stuck), the insurance company sent this garage to repatriate it to their warehouse. The repair (jammed handbrake cable) was done after 1 and a half days. Courtesy vehicle provided. Very professional garage in substance. On the other hand, in form, the repairman was almost unpleasant and looked down on. 2 stars for that. I would not recommend for customer relations in terms of breakdown assistance.
