Following an accident, I contacted Peugeot to replace my hood and license plate. I received excellent service, with a special mention for Michel, who was very professional, friendly, and efficient.
I would also like to emphasize that the entire dealership team is very professional, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The repairs were carried out meticulously, and my car was returned to me perfectly repaired, looking like new.
I am completely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this Peugeot dealership for its reliability and professionalism.

As a long-time customer, I was pleased to see a revival two years ago after years of disastrous customer service, management, and leadership. Despite the problems within Stellantis, I remained loyal, happy both personally and professionally with the Trimaille/Guinot sales team and later with Mr. Richard, and with the after-sales service, which had become efficient again.
But for the past few months, much to the dismay of my personal and business finances, I've noticed a return to those disastrous years. At Peugeot Vesoul, it's become a trend; you regularly get clowns replacing top-notch staff to swell the ranks of the incompetent (the head salesman in particular, always pushing a lease, and his buddy in the corporate world was the same before too!). It's hard to stay loyal after this... Needless to say, I'm looking elsewhere from now on... So much for local businesses...
