Avoid these people if you can. To change a tyre took three days. Many promises made and broken. Lacks empathy with customers needs. Also quoted €178 for a single tyre which was bad enough - but when bill came it was €203.

This garage came to tow two of our vehicles twice via my insurance company's assistance. The response was prompt, and we were kept informed of delivery times in real time.
I brought my vehicle in today for a breakdown inspection. The technician took the time to explain what was wrong and the more complex work required for a successful diagnosis and repair.
Despite the time spent, I wasn't charged.
Other establishments didn't hesitate to charge for the time spent on a breakdown inspection.
I now know where I'll be taking my vehicles. Service, professionalism, and a smile are becoming rare, but we still find them at this establishment.
It's worth noting: they serve us at the pump! And with a smile!

He repaired my clutch with a poor-quality part without informing me, the job was rushed and careless, and he even damaged another part in the process. Of course, I only discovered all this when the clutch failed 5,000 km later. He was also unpleasant and arrogant in his interactions with me.

Strongly advise against using these companies. They took advantage of our breakdown service, leaving us stranded all afternoon in the sun and refusing to touch the vehicle. They claimed they were going on holiday the next day. It was only late in the afternoon that they tried to take advantage of the situation when they learned another breakdown service was coming to collect the vehicle and caravan. On top of that, their friendliness was nonexistent. Absolutely avoid them!

My vehicle was taken to this garage following a breakdown (decision of the assistance). The garage was also the breakdown service. The appointment was at 1:30 p.m., they came at 3:45 p.m. The vehicle broke down on Wednesday, I received the repair estimate the following Monday. Very, very expensive estimate €800 for alternator replacement (comparison made with 2 other garages), but at the same time I had no choice, because the assistance confirmed to me that it was very complicated to get the vehicle out of the garage once it was there! On the other hand, the repair was very quick. When I came to pick up my vehicle myself (I live 400 km away), the battery was empty, and the vehicle only started with the booster. I find it a lack of professionalism not to have planned for the battery to be recharged. The staff were certainly friendly to their regular customers, but I felt cold, like I was bothering them, when breaking down 400km from home with 2 children is already stressful enough... In short, quite disappointed.
