I went to their garage last Monday to see a Panamera, which was unfortunately sold.
The welcome was very friendly, which makes me want to go back.

They offer autobiz services. I drive 60km each way, and they don't give me a same-day trade-in estimate, and even 3 weeks later, I still haven't received anything despite 3 reminders.
EDIT: I'm not satisfied with your follow-up and the fact that you haven't given me a trade-in price for 3 weeks.
I'm satisfied with the autobiz service overall.

We went to this garage and made an appointment for a Megane 4 with a trade-in of my old car. Everything went well; they gave me an order form and a one-month delivery time. We heard nothing for two weeks, so we went to the garage (an hour's drive). When we arrived, the owner ran away and had already sold the car without telling us. Two trips back and forth for nothing. Not very professional. I advise you not to go to this garage; they'll rip you off. They only think about money.

As a dissatisfied customer, I want to share my disastrous experience with this car dealership. I drove two and a half hours round trip hoping to find the perfect used car, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

I received a perfect welcome from start to finish from Mr. Leconte (as well as by phone from Mr. Lucca, who was on vacation).
The customer is truly taken care of.
For reasons beyond my control and those of the garage, I was ultimately unable to purchase the vehicle I came to see.
But I recommend this garage for its professionalism, customer service, and kindness.
