A successful experience! I highly recommend this dealership! This is my second time bringing my vehicle in: the first time, I had an AdBlue crystallization issue in the tank, and they took excellent care of it, providing a great loaner car. For my second visit, I decided to have my service done at this garage as well, and I left very satisfied. Firstly, the receptionist was extremely kind, and secondly, the mechanic was very professional and courteous. I also want to highlight the politeness of everyone who works there and who always greets customers as soon as they enter the reception area! In short, I'm delighted to have found a garage I can trust! I'll be back!

Hello, I'm not giving you a 1-star rating because I've been satisfied with your services in the past. However, I've been trying to reach you for a week to schedule my service appointment. On Friday, I had three calls put on hold for about ten minutes each. Yesterday, I was on hold for 18 minutes at the end of the day, with no one ever answering. On the other hand, when my partner and I came to look at a vehicle, your sales team contacted us about ten times within two weeks. I think you need to review your telephone system. I've just made an appointment with a colleague who is much more responsive.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership without any pressure from the salesman (Manuel Leitao), who gave me ample time and went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism, providing all the necessary explanations and test drives of the two different brands I selected. All commitments made were honored. Thank you to Virginie, who handled the vehicle handover, for her availability and the clarity of her information. It now remains to be seen whether the after-sales service will be up to par, as a dealership's reputation and image are ultimately based on the performance of its after-sales service.

I bought my car on December 20, 2024, and it's been nothing but trouble throughout the warranty period. I requested a replacement for a window seal in October 2025, and I'm still waiting for a response. Let me tell you, whatever you do, don't go there, whether for a purchase or repairs. This garage is a disaster! I do not recommend it at all!!!!

I strongly advise against going there; they refused to perform the manufacturer's recall following the camshaft chain failure and tried to charge me for a complete engine replacement. I took my vehicle to Peugeot Lachelle, and they were professional and performed the manufacturer's recall correctly without me having to pay anything.
