Dear Renault Group, after my experience, I can say that I will never buy from a Renault Group.
Jeremy Boyard, who is surely the owner of this dealership, has been harassing me with messages and several calls, sometimes from different numbers, for a week, even though I kindly replied that my needs were no longer relevant. The gentleman justifies these insults and his harassment by saying that I reserved a vehicle, never signed a purchase order, never paid a deposit, I didn't reserve anything, I was only interested in the vehicle during the first call. Furthermore, I warned him that I was no longer interested from the first calls, something that prospects rarely show EVER.
So, what I'm taking away from this is that the gentleman is persistent and harbors a certain resentment toward these prospects.
Jeremy Boyard's insults over the phone forced me to hang up on him because they were so hurtful. I've never experienced such a DEGRAND and INSULTING experience for a vehicle that only interested me at first glance, and that's it. I repeat, I didn't sign anything. Jeremy Boyard justifies his harassment and these insults because I supposedly "committed" when I didn't sign anything. This is the height of absurdity for a salesperson. Do you have the right to lose interest after a month?
So, first of all, I'm a 60 million consumers subscriber, so I'm going to file a complaint with a phone audio recording.
Second, I obtained the audio of the call from my Orange provider, which I'm going to share on social media with your name and dealership. It's UNACCEPTABLE to be INSULTED and HARASSMENTED because he thought he was going to make his sale in peace after his vacation.
So Renault Group, you don't convey any of the values I'm talking about. As a salesperson by trade, to swear at and insult like that is a disgrace! And it's very vulgar for your image.

Monday, July 22: Departure from Dijon for a few days of vacation. Near Gevrey Chambertin, a red alert on our Scénic. Exit to Nuits St Georges, Renault garage. It's 11:30 a.m. and two people are working to identify our problem and fix it (coolant problem).
