Kudos to this garage!
While on holiday in the Vaucluse region, I encountered some issues with my electric 5008.
I was greeted by Malaury, who took care of me with kindness and consideration, offering me a coffee in the waiting area.
The workshop manager was excellent and very professional, clearing all the fault codes and proactively updating the customer recall information.
For owners of electric 3008 and 5008 models, be aware that updates can sometimes change settings.
Once again, congratulations to this garage, and I will certainly be back.

A garage with exceptional professionalism, friendly service, and a warm welcome.
Following a major breakdown on my vehicle, the owner, Mr. De Lucca, took the time and effort to quickly take care of it despite his busy schedule. For an engine diagnosis, they opened the oil cap and returned my car to me without putting the cap back on; it was lying on the side. Luckily, I noticed "quickly" about 100km, oil was coming out of the fog lights. A disgrace! I could have broken my engine! Run away

During the oil change. The garage overtightened the bolt, crushing the gasket. The car lost all its oil in 300km. My engine almost died... and a big argument with the garage to get reimbursed for the new top-up. A real shame!
