I arrived with an unexpected emergency and was very well received and seen immediately. I left with all the necessary information and a procedure scheduled for the next day; my problem was resolved within 24 hours. I thank the staff for their help and kindness.

Very satisfied with the service.
The receptionist was extremely responsive after my tire delivery was lost by the sender... I finally found them at another garage thanks to her.

Be aware that when you have all four tires replaced at Euromaster, wheel balancing is optional.
Because of unbearable vibrations above 100 km/h, I asked another mechanic to rebalance my wheels. In fact, they hadn't been balanced at all. This is how you think you're saving money, but it's not the case. At Euromaster, I'm not sure you're in good hands!

We bought a vehicle two years ago and the advisor was really friendly and gave good advice. However, I am a little more skeptical about the reception at the office.
