I'm very satisfied with my interactions with the sales team, especially Thomas. They took my needs into account and created a customized offer. They were very welcoming and didn't have the attitude of salespeople who call you every five minutes as if you just have their form to fill out. That was much appreciated.

I would have given 0 stars if possible.
My worst experience with a "garage" full of incompetent people and liars! 2 different cars (Citroëns) and a disastrous result! For the first car, I went there for a quote, explaining the fault and a microphone programming that no longer worked. As a result, they charged me nearly €300 for troubleshooting and telling me the fault, which I already knew about since I came for a quote on that! A disgrace! A second car dropped off by a breakdown service, a week of waiting, calling every day, and they told us they didn't know, only to finally give us a €5,000 quote for engine replacement with a positive head gasket test that the expert found negative months later! And on top of that, they asked me to pay for the diagnostic! That was too much, I refused and took my vehicle to another garage. So run away at all costs if you don't want to be robbed and swindled all over the place!

We broke down on the first day of vacation...in Obernai. Our mechanic called and told us to go to the nearest Citroën dealership...Rosheim.
Well...we got thrown out!!! They had enough work with the locals, no need for tourists too!!!
Or...leave your car, we'll see during the week if we can do something so you can leave on Saturday...🙄
First time we've had such a welcome!!!
Above all, tourists, AVOID!!!!
