I came across this garage while looking to buy a used car. I finalized my purchase with them. They were very welcoming and attentive, and answered all my questions. The paperwork was completed quickly (including the registration). Upon receipt, the vehicle was in very good condition.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I work in the automotive industry and provide the same services as this "establishment."
It's clear that their practices won't inspire confidence in customers who are unfamiliar with mechanics and who are afraid to walk through our doors, fearing they'll have to "sell" their house to maintain their car...
Charging such prices for such basic services (front and rear brake pads for €500 with mandatory return visits because basic parts are forgotten...) is simply disrespectful to motorists and completely inappropriate for true automotive professionals.
Of course, without a prior estimate or any signed work order, which is perfectly legal!
If you want to be ripped off, go ahead without hesitation; otherwise, steer clear.
I am, of course, open to any discussion. Sincerely.
