We were surprised by the bill, as it was very reasonable in our opinion.

We purchased two vehicles in the last two years. We returned today for servicing. The appointment was booked a week in advance, stating it was just an oil change. We were assured everything would be completed on time at 9:00 AM, as we had other appointments scheduled for later that morning. However, at 9:45 AM, the car still hadn't moved. We left with the appointment cancelled and a wasted time. The service was cold and deplorable. We were forced to go to the Citroën dealership in Pau.
