I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the agents of this company for their efficiency and dedication to satisfying the passing customer that I was, a customer they may never see again, not living nearby. Indeed, when it came time to fill up my campervan, for some reason, I chose SP98 even though my engine is diesel. I knew this would happen, but not to me, and yes, no better than anyone else. There was a brief moment of panic, but I was quickly reassured, because even though my carelessness interfered with the service schedule, my vehicle was immediately taken care of.

We can't thank the garage enough for saving our vacation.
Our Rifter's engine broke down between Grenoble and Rennes, but they found a solution quickly and fixed it promptly. 🙏 The mechanic and the dealership owner were incredibly professional and kind.

Excellent garage, very responsive and friendly. We had a breakdown (engine failure) and they didn't charge us anything to keep the truck there while they found a solution. They did everything they could to help us, even though we're not from the area. Very rare these days. Well done to them!

Used vehicle purchased from Garage Houtin last October, remotely, without having seen the vehicle. The transaction went very well, with excellent communication with Stéphane and his team, very easy to navigate.
Stéphane, the manager, is attentive to his customers and always available, even after the purchase. I recommend them without hesitation.
