I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with this garage. I broke down on the motorway and, from my very first call, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The staff reassured me and explained the necessary steps. The diagnosis was quick and accurate, allowing me to understand the nature of the problem. Despite the holiday period, between Christmas and New Year's Day, they managed to complete the repair on time. I was able to get my vehicle back in perfect condition and ready to hit the road again. I would like to thank the entire team for their responsiveness, expertise, and warm welcome. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for quality service. Following an unrepairable flat tire on the highway, my vehicle was taken to this Euromaster center. Mr. Pascal told me that all four tires needed to be changed because I had 4Matic tires, a safety protocol for the same tire wear. In two hours, he found the four tires I had collected from another center, mounted and balanced! I am very satisfied with the service, and good communication with the manager. I was able to continue my journey to Lyon. A big thank you to the entire team for your responsiveness.

Hello, we broke down (puncture) in Orange. At 12:15 p.m. we went to see the manager who responded very favorably, but during lunchtime it wasn't easy to meet us at 3:00 p.m., but the manager, seeing that we were waiting outside, squeezed us in at 2:15 p.m. In 10 minutes, the repair was done. Many thanks, super friendly despite the work in his garage. I recommend this agency, the staff is top-notch, thank you again, helpful people, thank you.
