Disappointed with my car purchase from this dealership: they had us test drive another car, telling us it was exactly the same, with the same options as the one they were selling us. Despite insisting on the reversing camera option in our questions, the salesperson claimed it had one, which it turned out not to. The car we bought broke down after just one day. Thanks to the Peugeot warranty, we received roadside assistance and a courtesy car, which was good, but we only got our car back four months later and had to call every week to try and get information. We finally got our car back four months later, and it had scratches on the bodywork. They didn't give us any written record of exactly what had been done to our vehicle, and when we asked, they told us we'd receive the information by email the next day. But two days later, still nothing! 😡

My rental was confirmed and paid for by my insurance, and a taxi was arranged to take me there… but when I arrived at the rental agency, I was told the reservation was cancelled without any prior notice. No clear explanation, no phone call, no message. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I am very disappointed with this service.

I made an appointment for a timing belt replacement. The employees tried to convince me to pay for the service, even though my car is covered by Peugeot due to a manufacturing defect. Luckily, I was well-informed and didn't fall for these scammers. I had to contact Peugeot France customer service to confirm that I was indeed covered. Furthermore, after that, I asked twice for a quote, but they refused. Too bad for them; I called somewhere else and got my quote in minutes. (Bonus!)

Disastrous experience. I went to this dealership to have my car diagnosed because the airbag warning light was on. As the attached photo shows, a diagnostic should identify a problem. However, nothing was identified at all. I was told that, perhaps, without any guarantee, the fault was due to the airbag control unit. A new part (of course) costs over €600 and must be ordered from a supplier. If I order a used part, the dealership refuses to cover the labor costs.
In short, the diagnostic wasn't done properly, since it didn't identify anything at all, but I was still charged €130.
Furthermore, I asked them to check if my rearview mirror could be reattached, but they didn't do it.

Yesterday morning, I called the dealership after seeing an interesting ad on lacentrale.fr... The discussion was productive, and we agreed on a quote and additional photos, which I would receive by late morning (or early afternoon), followed by a phone call to discuss it. I understood that the price was negotiable, at least the initial setup fee... The day went by, and I received nothing. No big deal, you might say; it happens to be busy and unexpected things can come up, which I completely understand. Except that in the meantime, the price of the car increased by €1900!
Faced with the lack of communication, I called again today: I was informed that there had been a mistake. They sent me a quote (without the photos) without even offering anything negotiable (even the floor mats were charged). I'm ultimately glad I didn't make a deal with this garage because I shudder to think what their after-sales service (or any other minor repairs) would be like...
In short, I don't recommend this dealership; they're a bit of a rip-off, to say the least.
