I do not recommend! Run away! The used car sales manager did not honor his commitments. I made the mistake of trusting him. My vehicle was out of commission for 15 days just to have the windshield replaced, which was already damaged upon delivery. A huge hassle, especially since I live 60km away and they didn't offer me a loaner vehicle.
This gentleman preferred to use my insurance for the windshield... The vehicle was picked up in a shameful state of filth on the day of key handover and was supposed to be cleaned during this 15-day period because it's completely unacceptable. The rust around the openings wasn't treated, one rear door is misaligned with the other, and there's no weatherproofing on this van... The idle speed is very low, causing the vehicle to shake. I still haven't received the spare key, the maintenance invoices, or the registration document... It's been over a month... Manipulation, empty promises, but now I'm going to escalate things out of respect for my parents who took out the loan for me temporarily.
Don't go to the open house this weekend... To be a salesperson, you have to be skilled at manipulation, flattering your customers, and in the end, nothing happens. They supposedly took the vehicle to Ford for inspection... unfortunately, the odometer showed the opposite.
The vehicle is only worth €18,600, belonged to a tradesman and was supposed to be going abroad... well done, thanks for taking me for a fool....
