I had my tires fitted at this Euromaster center, and my rims were damaged during assembly/disassembly.
The marks are clearly mechanical (scratches around the rim), yet I was told that this was caused by an "acidic product during the wash," which is implausible given the location and nature of the damage.
Unfortunately, I didn't have any before photos, but the images clearly show that the damage was caused by improper handling of the machine.
Very disappointed by the lack of recognition of the problem and the lack of a solution offered.
I'm posting these photos so everyone can form their own opinion.

TERRIBLE! I went to Euromaster ORVAULT for my appointment today to change my tires, and when I arrived, they told me they didn't have the tires in stock. Besides this inconvenience, they lied to me, saying they called me that morning to cancel the appointment, which is false, and I clearly received an email confirming the appointment at 10:11 AM. It's a shame we can't give zero stars.
The snow excuse is a convenient one! The problem is that the call center told me they had them in stock!!!
