Bad experience on my first visit to this garage.
I wanted to make an appointment at a garage closer to my home. I booked an online appointment for a safety check, as indicated on the website. Then I received a text message: "Hello, to finalize your appointment, please contact your case R****** CEDRIC at 0130****." So I called, and the guy on the phone seemed surprised and didn't understand what I wanted. I stammered, explaining that I had received a text message telling me to call to finalize my appointment. Then the guy still didn't understand what I wanted and warned me that there were no appointments available before the end of February. I told him that was fine, I would make an appointment. He replied, "Well, yes, you'll call back and make an appointment, right?"... I was shocked, I didn't know what to say, I was so surprised and annoyed by his reaction. We hung up.
A few minutes later, I called back, saying that I wanted to make an appointment because I had an airbag warning light on, but that I had already had a diagnostic done at the garage in Petit Albi a year ago, and they told me that The problem stemmed from the replacement of the rotary contactor.
Then the guy on the phone asked me why I hadn't done it (I couldn't afford the expensive repairs at the time, so I preferred to wait). Then he asked why I wanted another diagnostic check. I explained that I'd already struggled to find the part replacement option on their website because it didn't exist, so I chose what was available and the closest thing to it (safety check or diagnostic). But he had trouble understanding me on the phone despite all my attempts to explain and suggested I come to the garage instead. "You don't live far, do you? Come by because I only understand one word out of twelve on the phone" (nice!). So I went to the garage and just asked for a rotary contactor replacement. They asked me if I wanted just the part or the replacement... (Seriously...) I replied that I wanted the part replaced. The guy told me that the part It might not be available, and he'll check on the computer. After checking, the part isn't/no longer available at Renault... he suggested trying Mini, BMW, or elsewhere, etc.
In short... a waste of time, a pointless trip, and an unbelievable phone reception. I'm not speaking clearly, especially when I'm tired, but this is ridiculous... (Imagine people with medical problems). I don't know if your colleague is new, but it's unbelievable that they weren't aware of the automated text messages coming from this garage only (I didn't experience this at Osny Petit Albi), nor of the services offered online by Renault, and that I had to travel there only to find out they couldn't do anything for my vehicle.
The only positive point is that he did at least check if the part was available or not...

I called in the morning about a slow puncture. I was given an appointment for 1:30 pm that afternoon to have it repaired. Excellent service and with a smile. I recommend them.
