First of all, I'd like to point out that I'd never set foot in this garage, simply because I live in Neudorf and this garage is located in Ostwald.
Following an injection, pollution, and high coolant consumption problem, I went to my Renault dealership where I've had my various models serviced for over thirty years. Renault ILLKIRCH, first appointment possible in September, FYI, it's early July... As for Renault Hautepierre, the same: overbooked. My only chance is to look for a small dealership that can take the vehicle, the head of mechanics at 3 Renault Illkirch tells me. X phone calls X overbooked... and then I arrive at the SCHAUB garage, which takes my Scénic IV, promising me, just as overbooked as the others, to do everything possible to resolve the problem by leaving the vehicle with them so they can work on it in between. Two weeks later, overbooked and also close to his annual vacation, he did his job for a customer he had never seen.
A big thank you for taking the customer's problem into account and for providing a quote with all the information regarding the repairs.
Professionals like you are rare, and this must be emphasized.
Regarding a negative comment, I invite this person to visit Renault Illkirch and see what they can do for them and at what price during this time... as for me: NOTHING with over thirty years of loyalty.
I HIGHLY recommend this garage for its professionalism, whether it's a customer or a newcomer, for its welcome, its clarity, and its explanations of the vehicle's problems.

I tried this garage by chance simply because it was close to my home, but I absolutely do not regret my decision. A competent and attentive professional, during my service, a quote was offered to me by phone after examining my vehicle so that I could know what would be done. I discovered this garage through a recommendation, and I must say it's an excellent place!
The work is very well done, the advice is sound, and the staff are always attentive and very friendly. The boss and his team have always been able to find a time slot to handle emergencies, which is a big plus, as that's rare these days.
As a result, I have all my vans repaired and maintained there; they are experts.
I highly recommend this human-sized company!

This is an authorized RENAULT garage with a great team. Very warm welcome. Family business. Welcoming, friendly, honest, conscientious, efficient and very professional staff! Excellent garage! Nothing to say! You can go there with your eyes closed and in complete confidence!
