I've had my iC3 for a year now, and it still doesn't work properly. I'm constantly going back and forth, having to explain my problems all over again. Their customer service is useless. But don't worry, they'll always be there to demand more maintenance appointments.

We purchased a vehicle in February from Peugeot-Citroën with a simple request: to have both our names on the registration document. When we received it, only my own identity was listed. When we reported the error, we were told it would be "complicated" or "impossible" to correct because "too much time had passed"... even though we had reacted quickly. It was only when we mentioned that we were going to post a negative review that we were finally promised a solution. But even then, the modification documents they prepared contained spelling mistakes... Further proof of their lack of professionalism. On site, they reassured me that "everything would be fine." The result today, in June: still no news, no corrected registration document, no follow-up. Even though it's not a high-end car, it's a significant purchase, and we have the right to expect professional service. It's a shame: the purchase went well, but the follow-up completely ruins the experience. Disappointing after-sales service, and a feeling of abandonment once the check is signed.
