Zero friendliness on the phone, when you finally get an answer after 4 days, and on top of that they talk down to you and make you understand that your case is not a priority, without a car for almost 2 weeks and mine hasn't been looked at! and I'm 1h30 from Pamiers. In short, in terms of kindness and availability, I've seen better!

I was extremely satisfied with the sales representative Lucas during my two visits: very professional, attentive, and offering good advice.
However, I was very disappointed with the after-sales service. For three weeks, there has been complete radio silence despite my reminders.
The tires replaced on the front of the vehicle are not the brand specified and are older than the vehicle's first registration date.
Furthermore, the windshield insulation foam is spilling onto the dashboard, which is not normal.
For a vehicle that is by no means an entry-level model and for which I paid €26,000, the least I could do would be to benefit from quality after-sales service.
A real shame, because the sales experience was excellent.
