100% recommended. We stopped at this garage on our way to our holiday destination after our engine broke down. The owner and his colleagues, despite the late hour, diagnosed the problem, offered to take the car in, and arranged for us to wait for a taxi. Four days later, everything was fixed for a price far lower than what we would have been charged in the Paris region. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this garage! The mechanic was extremely honest: before doing the timing belt on my used vehicle, he warned me that it seemed to have already been done (which we later confirmed), thus saving me an unnecessary expense. Professional and transparent, it's rare to come across someone so serious. I will definitely come back for my next services.

The relay of incompetents acting in bad faith.
Let me explain: you arrive at a garage full of cars, the entire road near the garage is packed, the surrounding streets too, you don't even know where to park.
Then they politely take your car, reassuring you that they'll keep you informed and that everything will be done properly. Let me tell you right now, that won't be the case.
Every time I've brought my car in, I've never received any customer service, no calls, sometimes they're even surprised my car is in their lot. You have to call them to get the slightest information, and you end up speaking to a decidedly unfriendly secretary who seems incompetent in any administrative or customer service tasks. When you come back to pick up your vehicle, they never know where your keys are, they waste 10 minutes every time and ask the entire office if they have them. What organization!
And then the very last time I went to get my car repaired, the same problem occurred, with a huge delay, and when you work and don't have a car, everything quickly becomes very complicated. They told me it would take 4 days to repair, but it took 10. I called every day asking to be called back, but I NEVER received a callback. After those 10 days, I went back to the garage to pick up my vehicle. They told me the price to pay, and I explained that given the delay and the inconvenience, I was asking for a goodwill gesture. They told me to speak to the manager. I found the manager and tried to explain the situation, but he was incredibly rude every time I spoke and acted disdainfully while only half-listening. He refused the goodwill gesture, so I explained that my family and friends would be aware of this. The manager then got annoyed and joined the receptionist to argue with me, while also asking other customers to take my side. I was in shock. That's when the manager tore up the bill and told me to "get out." The awful receptionist gave me my keys (which, as usual, they had trouble finding) and told me to forget about the garage. Which I promptly did.
And that wasn't all. After this altercation, the garage had the nerve to call one of my relatives to explain the situation and portray themselves as the victim. UNACCEPTABLE behavior from a business!
