Très bon accueil dans ce garage qui a accepté de nous faire une lecture d'erreur juste avant la fermeture, alors que nous étions tombés en panne sur la route des vacances. Merci au jeune mécanicien qui s'est gentillement occupé de nous.

The receptionist is incredibly unpleasant. She's completely out of her depth. A real disaster. I asked for a quote for two measly tires over a week ago. "We'll send it to you"... Yeah, right. I'm still waiting. At another Peugeot dealership, I got it done directly over the phone and had an appointment booked right away. You'd think I was asking for the moon. Ugh.

They refused to repair my vehicle because I'm a new customer. I simply asked them to enter a VIN code into the car radio to disable the alarm after the immobilizer was reprogrammed, but they refused, claiming they prioritized regular customers! And based on numerous word-of-mouth recommendations, I can tell you that the receptionist is unpleasant, as is the person who manages the appointments! I do not recommend this garage! They have absolutely no humanity.

It's not what it used to be!
For the past year, it's been a complete mess. The new secretary is incredibly unpleasant; they should be thinking about maintaining a good image for the company, and you certainly won't achieve that with her! And to top it all off, the work on my last repairs/maintenance and service was botched.... I'm extremely disappointed.
