Do not use their services at all.
The work is done on the car without prior approval from the customer, resulting in a final four-figure bill!
Furthermore, the problem is not resolved, and the engine light comes back on the next day... no commercial gesture is made regarding the subsequent repairs.
The explanations are extremely vague regarding the source of the problems.

The manager on the first floor is incompetent, dishonest, and completely unresponsive to customers. Avoid this place at all costs; it's very expensive. Plus, if you bother him, he prefers to work with taxi companies.

Absolutely avoid this place! I went there for a recall and got my car back with an engine fault supposedly related to a system update.
They are completely unprofessional. They don't even call their customers to let them know their car is ready. I had to call them back, and the person I spoke to said it had been ready for hours.
Furthermore, Peugeot customer service told me the recall requires a timing belt replacement, which should be covered by the dealership. This garage says no, because "they don't want to pay for the parts and labor out of their own pocket." This is unacceptable. I know that when I call other garages, it's covered because that's the standard procedure. My engine fault was finally diagnosed after I insisted, right in front of me, in a rushed and sloppy manner, but they deny all responsibility for the problem. If you can, avoid this garage; they are crooks and profiteers!!

I contacted them this Friday, October 14th, to get information about how a long-term lease (LLD) works at Peugeot. The man told me, and I quote, "I don't provide information; I don't know how it works. You have to come in so I can look it up on my computer." It's supposed to be his job, yet he won't give me a price. I understand that he can't tell me about vehicle availability or how it works, but that's another matter. This man simply doesn't want to work; it's a disaster. I've checked, and it's the same for all brands except here! Outrageous!!!

Contacted the garage on Wednesday with brake problems, they told me to come by on Thursday to see what they could do. Result problem corrected and in addition periodic maintenance. Very good account of their services. I recommend.
